How we can help
Clear support at each stage of a benefit claim
Benefit forms, review processes and appeal procedures can be difficult to understand, particularly when a person is managing health conditions, disability, caring responsibilities or financial pressure.
We help clients explain how their circumstances affect their daily lives, organise relevant supporting evidence and present their case in a clear, accurate and structured way.
Our support may include reviewing forms and decision letters, identifying the issues in dispute, helping clients provide relevant examples and preparing written representations or supporting statements.
We do not simply copy a diagnosis onto a form. We work with the client to explain the practical difficulties they experience, the help they need, how often those difficulties arise and the effect they have on everyday activities.
Where relevant, we may also consider whether an activity can be completed safely, repeatedly, to an acceptable standard and within a reasonable time.

Remote Support Throughout the UK

Our approach
Evidence-focused and client-centred support
Every person’s circumstances are different. Our support is based on the information, documents and evidence provided by the client rather than generic or copied answers.
We may ask detailed questions about the help a person needs, how often difficulties occur, what happens when an activity is attempted and whether it can be completed safely, repeatedly, to an acceptable standard and within a reasonable time.
We aim to identify the relevant issues, organise the available evidence and help the client explain their circumstances clearly and consistently.
Before any work begins, we will explain what information is required, what documents may be useful, what work we can undertake and the likely fee.
