How we can help
Clear, structured support with complaints and escalation
Complaint procedures can become difficult to manage when there are multiple letters, missed deadlines, conflicting explanations or a long history of unresolved issues.
We help clients identify the main complaint points, organise the available evidence, explain the impact of what happened and present the requested outcome clearly.
Our role may include reviewing correspondence, preparing a chronology, drafting complaint letters, responding to complaint outcomes and preparing escalation submissions.
Every complaint is prepared around the client's actual circumstances, supporting evidence and stated objectives rather than relying on generic wording.

Our approach
Evidence-focused and outcome-led complaint support
We begin by identifying the organisation involved, the stage reached, any deadline, the main complaint points and the outcome the client is seeking.
We may ask for copies of previous complaints, responses, emails, letters, account records, reports and other documents relevant to the matter.
We then help arrange the information in a clear order and prepare written representations which distinguish the facts, disputed issues, impact and requested remedy.
Before work begins, we will explain what information is required, what work we can undertake and the likely fee.
What to provide
Information that may help us assess your complaint
When contacting us, it may be helpful to provide:
- A brief summary of what happened.
- The name of the organisation involved.
- Copies of previous complaints and responses.
- Relevant letters, emails, screenshots or records.
- Details of any complaint stage or deadline.
- A summary of the impact caused.
- The outcome or remedy you are seeking.
- Details of previous attempts to resolve the matter.
Please do not send original documents. Personal information should only be submitted through an appropriate method agreed with Griffiths & Co.
Fees
Clear fees before any work begins
Fees depend on the stage of the complaint, the volume of correspondence, the complexity of the issues and the work required.
After reviewing the initial information, we will confirm whether we may be able to assist, the proposed scope of work and the applicable fee before starting.
Where a face-to-face consultation is requested, any applicable travel time or travel costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.
