How we can help
Clear support with difficult housing processes
Housing matters can involve lengthy correspondence, strict deadlines, complex procedures and significant pressure on individuals and families. It can be difficult to know what information is relevant, what evidence should be provided and how concerns should be presented.
We help clients organise their documents, explain their circumstances, identify the main issues and prepare clear written representations to councils, housing providers and other relevant organisations.
Our role may include reviewing correspondence, preparing chronologies, helping clients explain medical or welfare needs, drafting complaint letters and arranging supporting evidence in a clear and structured way.
Every matter is considered individually. We do not use generic templates without adapting them to the client's actual circumstances, evidence and stated objectives.

Remote Support Throughout the UK
Housing advocacy and practical support is available remotely throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Face-to-face consultations may be available across Croydon, London, Surrey and the South East by prior arrangement.
Our approach
Evidence-focused and client-centred housing support
We begin by identifying the client's main concern, the outcome they are seeking, any relevant deadline and the documents already available.
We may ask questions about the household, current accommodation, health conditions, disabilities, caring responsibilities, children, work, education, support networks and any previous communication with the council or housing provider.
We then help organise the information and present it in a clear, accurate and proportionate way. Before work begins, we will explain what information is required, what work we can undertake and the likely fee.
